Returns Policy

If you wish to return goods for any reason, please contact us on 07947240599 or email office@conservationequipmentservices.co.uk prior to returning any goods for authorisation.

Any goods returned due to no fault of C.E.S. are liable to a 25% handling charge.  No returned goods can be refunded unless in perfect condition. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.  Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Bespoke or made to measure items are non-returnable and non-refundable.  This is in line with ‘The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Clause 13 Exceptions to the right to cancel – © for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly’.

 

Claims for Damage / Loss

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit, incorrect or missing items you must notify C.E.S. in writing, within 3 days of receipt of the delivery.

 

Suitability for Use

Every care is taken to maintain the highest standards of quality.  C.E.S wish to make it clearly understood that it is the users’ responsibility to ensure the goods purchased are suitable for the intended purpose.  No guarantee is given or implied that the product we supply is fit for any particular purpose, and our liability is strictly limited to the invoice value of the items concerned.

 

Change of Product

C.E.S. reserve the right to change material specification or substitute similar products for those displayed on our online shop and brochure.

Warranty

The cost of returning good is not covered by warranty.
